Yarrawonga Showgrounds upgraded public toilet facility

The non-compliant western toilet block at Yarrawonga Showgrounds is being replaced with a modular toilet block, similar to the design of the recently installed Wunghnu toilet block (pictured).

The current toilet block is non-compliant in terms of all-abilities access. Current requirements for accessible (unisex) facilities and ambulant facilities, door widths, landing and graded paths to this block are not to code or evident. The new toilet block will provide amenity for the many casual users of the reserve such as dog walkers as well as markets and events etc.

Demolition of the current toilet block is scheduled to start Tuesday 2 July 2024.
