The Draft Masterplan is a road map for the Yarrawonga JC Lowe Oval Reserve.
It will tell us how we want the reserve to be, the things we need to do to deliver, and the coordination needed from Council teams to be strategic and spend wisely to create a space that everyone can enjoy.
Council wants to check in and see what the community thinks about the draft masterplan.
