What can I report?

Complaints relating to breaches of the Local Government Act 1989 or the Local Government Act 2020 such as corruption, misuse of position, conflict of interest, disclosure of confidential information or distribution of unauthorised electoral material.

How do I make a report?

Reports can be made directly to the Local Government Investigations and Compliance Inspectorate or council.
