Regulation 113 - Protection Works Notice
If the Municipal Building Surveyor determines that Protection Works are required in relation to an Application for a Building Permit, this form must be completed and provided to the affected adjoining owner/s along with the Protection Works Response Notice  (Regulation 114)

Regulation 114 - Protection Works Response Notice
The adjoining owner will need to complete this form in relation to Protection Works required by the Municipal Building Surveyor

A Report and Consent application may be required when applying to vary a Building Regulations, if you proposed building works cannot comply with requirements of the Building Regulations.

Application for Report and Consent to demolish a building. This is a requirement prior to submitting an application for a building permit to demolish a building.

This application must be used if you have carried out building works as an Owner Builder and are selling your property within 6.5 years of completion of building works.
