Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and pursuant to section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of the Councils intention to sell:
34 Findlay Street, Strathmerton, Victoria, 3641, being all that piece of land contained in Lot 3 of Plan of Subdivision 085210, Certificate of Title Volume 08786, Folio 770.
