Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:
47 Graham Avenue, Bundalong, Victoria, 3730, being all that piece of land contained in Lot 18 on Plan of Subdivision 097618, Certificate of Title Volume 08971, Folio 543.
