Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to purchase Council owned land on the corner of Murray Valley Highway and Punt Road Cobram (Lot 159 on LP1834).
At its Scheduled Council Meeting held on 23 November 2022 Council determined the land surplus to municipal requirements. The land is approximately 152 square metres and is zoned Commercial 1.

You can submit your EOI by email, post, or in person at our Service Centres in Cobram and Yarrawonga. Expressions of Interest must be received by 5pm Friday 17 March 2023.
