Council advises that McPherson Road between Sandmount and O'Kanes Road, Muckatah will be closed on 6 January 2024 between 3pm and 11:30pm for the Katamatite Rodeo.
Council has approved this temporary road closure under Schedule 11, 10(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1989. Detours will be in place during these times, with local traffic permitted access.
There will also be reduced speed limits and traffic control in the area for the duration of the event.
