Have you lost your dog or cat?  

 

Send an e-mail to info@moira.vic.gov.au with the following information:
Missing from;

Missing since (date);

Name of owner;
Address of owner;
Phone number;
Dog or cat?;
Breed;
Colour;
Male or female;
Desexed?;
Age;
Name;
Collar description;
Microchipped? (number if known); and 
Attach a photo of your missing dog or cat.
